Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of DeepFrame AI websites, products, downloads, software, and related services, including Payload Forge. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company and Contact
The website and software are operated by DeepFrame AI. For support or questions about these Terms, contact us at support@deepframeai.us.
2. Software License
When you purchase Payload Forge or another DeepFrame AI software product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit the software except where expressly allowed by applicable law.
3. Purchases and Digital Delivery
Products may be sold through third-party checkout and delivery providers, such as Gumroad. Payment processing, receipts, tax collection, refunds, and file delivery may be handled by those providers according to their own terms and policies.
After purchase, you are responsible for downloading and safely storing your purchased software files and any license information provided to you.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or technical issues we cannot reasonably resolve.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, or new versions of the software at our discretion. We are not required to provide lifetime updates unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or software to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Attack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with any website, API, server, or network.
- Test systems you do not own or do not have permission to test.
- Upload, distribute, or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass licensing, payment, security, or access controls.
7. API Testing Responsibility
Payload Forge is intended for legitimate API development, QA testing, and validation workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that you only test APIs, services, and systems you own or are authorized to access.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website or software may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, file delivery platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, or operating system services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, policies, or content.
9. No Warranty
The website, software, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFrame AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the website or software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website, software, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. User Data and Privacy
Your use of our website and software may also be governed by our Privacy Policy. If the software stores project files, API URLs, headers, tokens, request bodies, or other testing information locally on your machine, you are responsible for protecting that information.
12. Intellectual Property
The website, software, branding, designs, text, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by DeepFrame AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services, downloads, updates, or support if you violate these Terms, misuse the software, attempt to bypass payment or licensing, or use the software unlawfully.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or software after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where DeepFrame AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Contact
